Product Management & Product Strategy

Building products that solve problems and create business value.

I've taken a product from idea to launch as a founding product manager, shipped more than 50 client MVPs, and worked across FinTech, EdTech and workplace software.

I judge a product by whether it works for its users and for the business behind it, so discovery, delivery and commercial outcomes sit in the same conversation.

Zero to one: the PropTechBuzz MVP

PropTechBuzz · Founding Product Manager

The challenge

PropTechBuzz began as an idea: one place for proptech news, vendors and community. It needed a product, an audience and revenue.

My role

As founding product manager, I planned the discovery and delivery of the MVP and coordinated developers, designers, marketing, sales and QA.

Key decisions
  • Ran discovery before committing the team to a build.
  • Built the platform in React, with a WordPress module for media.
  • Kept the cross-functional team on weekly releases of major features.
  • Then turned to growth, through conference partnerships and Category Leadership sales.
Outcome

The MVP went live within three months.

Interactive Wedding Experience

Independent · Founder, Product Designer & AI-Assisted Developer · 2026

Read the case study
The challenge

Traditional wedding invitations communicate event details but offer little interaction beyond an RSVP. Guests often need to search through messages for venue information, schedules, seating arrangements, and other important details.

My role

I conceived the experience, defined the product requirements, designed the guest journey, and built the platform using AI-assisted development tools.

Key decisions
  • Mobile-first: a traditional invitation turned into an interactive journey.
  • A storybook-style invitation that guides guests through the wedding information with smooth, continuous transitions.
  • A simple RSVP experience.
  • Searchable seating arrangements, digital event information and guest-generated photography in the wider guest experience.
  • Intuitive for guests, and more personal than a conventional wedding website.
Outcome

Built and deployed for my wedding in September 2026.

An attendee independently requested a similar experience for an upcoming wedding: early validation for a broader wedding technology offering.

AERDF, an education research and development nonprofit, came to WeLoveNoCode with a project scoped for one developer over one month. I reassessed the requirements and rescoped it around a multidisciplinary team (development, design, QA and project management) over three months.

The revised engagement delivered approximately 85% of the agreed scope within the three-month period.
