Growth, GTM, Revenue & Strategic Partnerships

Turning product value into commercial growth.

As Co-Founder and Head of Growth at PropTechBuzz, I lead commercial strategy and revenue development. Before that, I ran client success for about $2.1M in ARR at WeLoveNoCode.

My work spans strategic partnerships, B2B sales, retention and account expansion: the steps between a product people value and revenue a business can rely on.

01Revenue creation

Revenue creation.

New revenue at PropTechBuzz: agreements I closed personally, strategic partnerships, and company sales after the 2026 commercial turnaround.

  • Category Leadership agreements

Four consecutive agreements, each personally closed and fully paid.

  • Strategic partnerships

Conference partnerships including Africa Valuation Conference, Reside Summit (South Africa), AREA (Uganda) and Global Proptech Summit (Saudi Arabia).

  • Commercial turnaround

As Co-Founder and Head of Growth, I lead commercial strategy and revenue development. The monthly figure is company-wide sales, not my individual sales.

02Retention and account expansion

Retention and account expansion.

Keeping clients, winning back lapsed ones and growing accounts, at WeLoveNoCode and with AERDF.

  • Client portfolio

As Head of Client Success, I was responsible for about 70% of WeLoveNoCode's ARR portfolio.

  • Account expansion

AERDF's initial engagement was rescoped and expanded, and became a client relationship of about a year.

03Consultative commercial execution

Consultative commercial execution.

Commercial work grounded in the customer's actual requirements: business-to-business selling, realistic scoping and lasting client relationships.

  • B2B consultative selling

Selling Category Leadership agreements business to business, from first conversation through to a signed and fully paid contract.

  • Rescoping to real requirements

When AERDF's project was scoped for one developer over one month, I reassessed the requirements and proposed a multidisciplinary team over three months, rather than commit to an unrealistic plan.

  • Leading client delivery

At WeLoveNoCode I led developers, designers, marketing, sales and QA across concurrent client projects.

04Reading the figures

Different numbers, measured differently.

ARR under management, contract value and monthly sales are not interchangeable. Each figure on this page is labelled by type.

How to read these figures

Annual contract value
The value of a single agreement for one year.
Collected contract value
Cash actually received against signed agreements, added together.
Monthly sales collections
Company-wide sales collected in a month. Not recurring revenue and not ARR.
ARR
Annual recurring revenue: the annualised value of active recurring client contracts in a portfolio. A run-rate, not cash collected.
Contract expansion
Growth of an existing client contract beyond its initial scope.
